Competitive Advantage:
Wings As Eagles, a member of Indiana Association of Home and Hospice Care, understands how important it is for a senior to remain at home as long as possible. Its experienced and compassionate staff works hard to develop positive, supportive relationships with seniors they serve. It is through these relationships that they help seniors gain strength and independence, which allows them to avoid premature nursing home placement. Often times, just a little help at home is all it takes for a senior or disabled adult and their family to gain the support and relief from the stress it takes to adequately carry out activities of daily living.
First Year Goal:
To obtain its PSA(Personal Service Agency) license through the state of Indiana. Michelle and Ken will also be working toward becoming Medicaid and Medicare approved. By achieving these goals, opportunities will open to serve a more diverse clientele.
Five Year Goal:
Wings As Eagles plans to incorporate clinical services into its existing programs, including counseling and support groups for clients and their families, focusing on issues of aging and disability. It currently offers a support & fellowship group that meets monthly for seniors in the community. It will continue to implement services and programs that will support seniors who need assistance in remaining at home.
Mission Statement:
Wings As Eagles Senior Care Services LLC strives to provide dignified and compassionate supportive services to seniors and disabled adults. Its goal is to enhance a sense of independence and peace of mind, as its staff works to help maintain the home residence and quality of life. Its dedicated, highly skilled and professional staff allows the company to provide excellent service to meet the needs of the seniors it serves.
